  After giving this some thought I have deduced that if you tie one of Joel ties to the open laptop you could pull it slowly toward the fainting couch. Now when you faint from the effort you should be belly down and at least facing the laptop.
  You could take several deep breaths and extend one finger ....that's okay take all the time you need....and type....even it is one letter of a word per day. I figure by the end of this month that should be at least 30 letters and that could be a couple of short words.
