If your doc says not to worry about your heart for another 50 years . . . well . . . I guess if you're like me you'll worry anyway! BUT . . . after 52 years I'm slowly, but surely, learning to let the worries go. My blood pressure even went down to normal when I stopped the worrying. You'll be fine!
