didnt care about what took place in my life. Put on an act around alot of people so i looked like a good guy but im learning to be myself and just be more open with my probelms

- Effexor Working / Worked
- it seems to be working well for me i only been takeing it for a mounth now but things seam to be getting better i know i have a long path in front of me but i know to go one day at a time now
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- being able to talk openly and realise i had issues music is a big help just going for a walk and thinking about whats going on is a help

found out in jan. and dx with bipolar been reading info and just taken one day at a time
