I am so sorry that I can not been on DS very much. I keep up with everyone's journals, but I do not take the time to write in mine.
Today deserves an entry! One year ago today my precious Emery was transferred into my uterus completeing our IVF cycle. My life has and never will be the same since!
Emery is now a very fun loving and happy little 3 1/2 month old little girl. She is always smiling and in turn makes her mommy, daddy, and brother smile all the time. My son said it perfectly yesterday as we were returning home from our vacation. He said"Mommy, we have the perfect family now that Emery is here." I couldn't agree more.
Friends that are TTC, I want you to know that your miracle is out there. We had almost given up before this cycle.
I wish everyone the happiness that your heart is seeking. I hope for your joy. I pray for your blessings to be granted.
With much Love and Laugh,
Kristen

Emery Helen is here! She made her appearance early Wednesday morning (2:16am) April 2. She weighed 6lbs. 13 oz. and was 20 inches long.
It has been a whirlwind since her arrival, but a delightful whirl wiind for sure. My son, Jaxon, is being a great big brother. I have been concerned that he would be disappointed once she got here because he was so exited for her to get here. So far so good.
I am going to try and post a picture of Emery. I have not had much luck in the past with this task.
I will write more later about how everything went!
I wish all of my DS friends the best! Baby dust to everyone.
Love and laugh,
Kristen

It is 4:30 in the morning and I am unable to sleep. Ms. Emery is having a party inside me this morning. Maybe she is excited about Easter. We are down to the final countdown until her arrival. Emery will be here no later than April 2 (10 days). I can not wait. Her older brother came much earlier (37 weeks) so these past few weeks have been filled with anxiety of "when will she make her debute"?
I find myself up early in the morning or in the middle of the night quite often these days. It has tunred into being a wonderful time to be honest. I can take some time to be alone with my daughter and talk to her, sing to her, and pray with her. I thank God for this miracle that is growing inside me everyday. In these wee hours I have the opportunity to pray fro each of my DS friends by name. Those who are awaiting thier blessing to either be born, or to begin growing within them. And those who are already enjoying the joys and struggles of parenthood.
God has a plan for each of us. He will hold our hands whereever we are in our journey. We just have to hold on tight and allow him to lead.
I wish everyone a very special day wether you believe in the resurrection or not, Believe that there is a new day ahead of us!
Love and Laugh,
Kristen

I imagine you are busier than ever. I find it tough to make regular entries also. It's great to hear from you and I am very happy that you are doing so well.

Your journal entry brought tears to my eyes! Thank you for sharing what your son said about your precious little girl. It gives so many of us still struggling strength to keep fighting. I am glad that you and your family are doing well. Keep in touch.
