It's been awhile since i've been on the site. Feb 1st I made a goal in my head to change my eating habits which I quit eating "bad carbs", quit soda. I wore leg weights, did Tae Bo and Hip Hop Abs & Total Gym and as of April 27th I've lost 30lbs. It feels so good ...... I never knew I could accomplish this. I went slow to not discourage myself 1st time I started the Tae Bo tape I'd pause it, as in the past I would stop it and not finish. So at times a 20 minute tape took me 45 minutes to finish.
My next goal is 10 lbs, day by day.
