Introduced to heroin as pain killer foll. serious accident Nov'91. After years of torment and hell cleaned up only to start again after my fathers death Nov'06. Have own flat but stay mostly with mum who is oblivious to abuse aware only of my alcohol depency. Am desperate(yet again)to 'clean up my act' hence turning to daily strenght as there is pretty much no support networks locally, there is KCA but don't want a meth script, want to CLEAN UP not MESS UP using some other chemical. I am born and bred in Sth London came to Kent to be near mum. Need support/friends who understand HELP!

Enjoy reading, writing, crosswords (am even knitting a scarf at present) which all sounds pretty boring but hasn't always been like this, I do love jokes, laughter, cuddles and loadsa smiles. Main love of my life is my dog Ely whom I adore.

Thanks honey. It's always good to hear words of encouragement, especially right now when things just seem to all fall apart. I'll chat with ya more about things a lil later. I don't have regular access to a computer right now. My and my love broke up after 2 years. I'll tell ya more about it later. just wanted to say thanks. Close Heroin Addiction & Recovery
Heroin abuse since 1991 used as a painkiller following serious accident. 2 detox's 1 rehab later and still struggling with it, it's a nightmare, was clean 1 yr, father dies, started again, any excuse eh? I'm 46 now and it's a do or die situation, if I continue want to be dead!
Close Accidents
Push bike accident 24/11/91 initially paralysed from neck down but within days during pysio session whole body went rigid 'where there's movement there's life' said my surgeon, gradually learnt how to walk again but not without the aid of heroin of which I was introduced to as a pain killer and defy anyone to refuse when in that much pain. Needless to say what once may have helped has totally hindered me ever since and taken me to hell and back. I've done the NA 3 prison, institution and death.
Treatments
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- Due to self conciousness only attendedone session.
