  You've inspired me so much! I wanted to let you know that I ordered Dr. Oz's book and plan on starting my diet this week! I really want to not only loose weight, but feel comfortable in my own skin. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the good work!

  Thank you so much I needed that I as you know things about our journey can be emotional but I believe everything will work out I just have to keep faith that the good lord will see us through and keep in mind of how far Ive gotten Hope you have a womderful weekend and enjoy your week off Im going to be catching up on some stuff myself

  Saw the Dr Oz Show !! You are going to do this Amy...this journey is going to change your life forever! I manage a weight loss clinic in Canada and let me tell you I am sooooo inspired by the strength and courage of everyone who battles being overweight! You go gurl!!!
