I am 30 years old. I got married on Aug. 7, 2004 to a wonderful man. My husband and I own our own home on 3 acres of land. It is gorgeous. I have 2 furbabies. My dogs Pip and Bailey. We got our first ever BFP on 9/23/08 from a FET. Our little boy, Hayden Matthew, arrived on 5/9/09 at 36 weeks 1 day gestation via unplanned c-section. He is perfect and we are in love!

When I first joined ds you were one of the first people to welcome me to the IF board...You were always helpful and I felt a connection! Now that we are both on the parenting infant board it makes me smile! Im so glad to have gone thru this and I kind of feel like we were side by side in the struggle! You son is so cute! My two sons are the result of fertility drugs and IUIs. I wasn't a candidate for IVF, so we feel very blessed. Time sure does fly. It seems like yesterday I was giving you advice about IVF and now look, you are a mommy. Hayden is adorable!!!
We have been TTC since Jan. 2004. In Oct. 2006, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I have been on 1500mg of Metformin since Jan. 2007 and have completed 3 Clomid cycles with my OBGYN all BFN's. I did bloodwork and all came back clear. However HSG showed a problem with the uterus. I was diagnose with a partial unicornate uterus Lap surgery 3/28 confirmed no fallopian tubes and IVF is our only way to concieve. IVF #1 was a BFN. FET #1 BFP!! 9/23/08 Hayden Matthew arrived 5/9/09
I was diagnosed with PCOS in Oct. 2006 but I have known I had it for about 10 years now. I have IR and moderate PCOS. I have a lot of the outer effects of it (hair on my arms, neck, and stomach). I do not have regular cycles and need provera to bring on a proper AF. I only get light to moderate spotting on my own. I have done 3 clomid cycles all BFN's. FOund out in March 08 I had no fallopian tubes and a unicornate uterus. IVF #1 was BFN. 9/08 FET #1 was BFP!!!
I found out on 9/23 that I am pregnant after 4 1/2 years of infertility.

My son Hayden Matthew was born at 36 weeks 1 day. I was bedrest with PTL at 29 weeks. I was given shots for lung development which helped him require no NICU time at birth.
