I have had Add all my life. I went through tests when I was little and I was told I didnt have it. A few years ago I took it upon myself to find out and I do have it and have had it.
I have panic attacks all the time. I never use to have them as often, but recently they would just start happening.
I have been dealing with death since I was 10. I come from a big family and I am now down to my mother and Father. Last year was my most recent, my grandfather fell down the steps. He hit his head on the floor. I ran down the steps to help him and he died holding my hand. It took them 4 hours to get his body out of the house. All the Deaths I have seen have been horrible. None were easy. I struggle everyday with flashbacks.
