Close Anxiety
I have suffered from anxiety for over 20 years. Just in the past year I found relief. It was so wonderful not to feel so nervous all the time! I tried many meds they did not help. I am now on Klonopin and Geodon and doing better. I still do have panic attacks but they are not as bad as they were .I noticed a difference in 2 days on the Geodon
Treatments
- Atarax Working / Worked
- Atarax did not work for me at all
- Ativan Working / Worked
- Ativan made my anxiety worse
- Klonopin Working / Worked
- I have been on Klonopin for 10 years and it helps me alot. .I haven't really noticed any side effects
- Luvox Not Working
- Luvox did not work for me
- Paxil Somewhat Helpful
- Paxil helped with social anxiety but made me lose alot of weight
- Remeron Not Working
- I took 1/2 mg of remeron and passed out for 2 days it made me exhausted.
- Geodon Working / Worked
- I noticed a difference in my anxiety in 2 days I have been on it a year it also helps with Bipolar disorder and depression. I started out at 240 mg at night after 6 months My blood pressure dropped dangerously low and my heart rate dropped to 35. So now I take 80mg at bedtime it makes me very tired but it works.
Close Chronic Pain
My name is wanda and in august i fell and broke my shoulder I am in physical therapy but I am constantly in pain.My doc told me I will always have pain..sometimes the pain is unbearable and I just don't know what to do
Treatments
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- the heat helps but the pain comes back right away
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- this works for me if i take it every 6 hours.but my pain clinic doc wants me to cut down to 2 a day
- Physical Therapy Too Soon to Tell
- the PT makes the pain so much worse but I am gaining more use of my arm
Open Loneliness
I have trouble making friends and thought I would try this group.I have panic attacks and this really prevents me from talking to people
