Haven't been around in a while..hope everyone is well.i do AC work and we had a hot summer here in Texas. It's finally cooling off (only 90's now) so it's slowing down a bit. I went and had some bloodwork done about a month ago. ALTs were only 81. Slilghtly elevated still, but I thought it would be much higher. Everything else, cholesterol and regular stuff was excellent. I will be getting a viral load as soon as I find a new gastro or Infectious Dr. To fill you in, I have been undetectable since diagnosis in 2000. Contracted HCV, geno 1A in late 80's or very early 90's. I had quite a bout with fatigue last week. Tired as hell all the freaking time. Didn't matter if I slept 6 or 10 or 12 hours still woke up tired and stayed tired all dang week. Thank God that passed. It really had me worried. I had to call in sick one day because I was non functional. Just couldn't make it. It's very confusing. I worked all summer long more than 60 hours a week just normal tiredness with no problem and this happening last week with normal workweek of 40 hrs. I'm hoping it was something else, but my gut tells me differently. Finally put a pic up. That's my son with me, Ryan..Really hope you all r well.

Congrats on going back to church. I hope to be able to do that one day. I really miss the fellowship! Are you making new friends? I hope so! A good nights sleep is essential to feeling good. If you find that you have trouble getting to sleep right away, don't lay there tossing and turning. Get up and read a book or watch TV til you feel truly tired. Just a thought. Glad to see that you have made it 3 times in a row to church!! God bless you always!
