Went to church at St. Michael for second week in a row. First time I've done that since 1986. It was very nice. Had a good time.

1A. As of last year, still no detectable viral load. Enzymes elevated, about 100. Fatigue only complaint.
Treatments
- Milk Thistle Working / Worked
- Along with Cat's Claw, Dandelion, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Reishi Mushroom, B complex and multivitamin, I think this may be helping. I will be adding some Chinese herbs after next blood test.

I have had this ringing in my head (ears) for 8 yrs now. My brain has learned to ignore the sound most of the time.
