Hi my name is michelle. Ive been suffering from depression for about 2o yrs seeem like its getting worse in the past I would get over it. Now I feel very insecure about being alone although I have a six YR. old son. I feel suicidal quit often this year. It scare me cause I dont want to die but I cant handle this feeling eighter. I would love some feed back or how to deal with this. By the way am bipolar the medicine that stablize your moods doesn't seem to help. Thanks Michelle

Hey! I was just about fetal the other day, but got more active on Daily Strength, and LOOK! It's a miracle! I'm sending you a hug. Connect with people, even if it is via our wonderful internet. I've been a mental health provider for 20 years. I've been depressed before, I thought. But when the Chronic Fatigue symptoms hit me---yikes. The finances and taking care of my dad could easily overwhelm me. I'm taking Effexor XR. I've recently learned that it works well for treatment resistant depression. Bipolar disorder can be tricky though. I only know this from patients. I do have a lot of information though. If you need a friend, I'm here.
