Well, the Dr. gave me a shot of cortisone in my shoulder.. and let me tell you .. I have had the most awful weekend. I had every known side effect there is.. headache, flushed feeling, profuse sweating(constantly) chills, my lips and mouth were even numb... I can't even remember what else.. it was horrible. I WON'T have another one.. that's for sure. AND my shoulder and arm never stopped hurting, as a matter of fact, it hurt worse. He wants me to go to therapy 2 times a week, but I am so scared of therapy, I am afraid it is gonna make things worse. Just my fear! So that's about it for that.
And by the way.. Stitch... I wrote this is red for you.!!!!!!! LOL I'm still loving my red kitchen cabinets. :)

Love the RED and glad you were thinking of me. I have never had a cortizone shot but my brother has had one for his tennis elbow.(or should I say Golf elbow) He had the same problem lots of side effects and the elbow was a lot worse before it got better. He said he would never do that again. When it flares up now he asks me for my assistence with naturals to help with the problem. It's amazing how some people will take the cortizone shot and have marvelous results and others will have just the opposite effect. But then everyone's system is different and we all react differently to drugs and naturals for that fact. Hope you get some relief soon. Hugs
