My last journal entry was full of bad news for us...
First of all, Frankie had his first trip to physical therapy today, don't think it's gonna be good, he was hurting so bad when he got home. I was afraid of this. He has got to go back tomorrow and Thursday, if he not not feeling any improvement, back to the back Dr, on Friday.
GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After our loan officer at the bank told us there was nothing he could do, we basically spent all night trying to figure out another solution.. Our old loan officer is now President of our bank, so we were transferred to the one we have now, so after the rejection,we decided to call our old one, who is now the President ... he called us back this morning.. HE APPROVED THE DEBT CONSOLIDATION without a hestitation. GOD IS SO GOOD. our house payment is 530.00, and then all the other bills... so after borrowing the money, we will pay everything off and have one note at our bank of 650.00... YIPEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is gonna take such a load off of us, you just can't imagine.
We also found out from our old loan officer that our appraisal wasn't done properly.. the loan officer we have now.. lied to the appraiser and told him that our bank wouldn't loan but 5000.00 on our new shop out back, which we found out by the President wasn't true. We paid 400.00 for our appraisal, we deserve the amount that our house and property is really worse, NOT what our loan officer thinks it should be..THIS WAS SO WRONG!!!! We a had also asked our loan oficer if my momma could even sign on the note with us, and he immediately said NO without even considering it.. we found out that she could sign with us. We had several Dr. and hospital bills showing up on our credit report... but WHO DON"T, I have been in bad health since 2002 and believe me they have piled up, some of which we just didn't have enough money for. This consolidation is even paying all of them off as well. Our slate will be clean!!!!!!!! I am feeling so HUMBLY BLESSED right now. I am speechless.. all I can say is GOD IS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I kept my faith and we are slowly making our way out of the dark valley!! Praise the LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy for you. Hope all goes well now. As for frankie tell him to use a lot of ice on his back to bring down the swelling. Theraphy for the back is hard I know. I had a buldge disk and opted for theraphy rather than an operation. It took a long time but I learned two very important things. One always use heat to warm and loosen the muscles before doing theraphy and two always use ice afterwards to bring down the swelling and this helps termendously with the pain. I had so much pain I thought I would frost bite my back by using all the ice all the time to take away the pain... but i didn't, Tell him to hang in there and push through the pain a bit. ICE ICE ICE
