Hey everybody...
I have not been on for several days now, pain is still hanging on pretty bad, but my computer locked up and I was the only one who could open it back up.. but guess what.. my windows password.. who can remember something from 3 years ago, yes, at the time, I wrote it down, but who can keep up with something that long.. anyway, Frankie sit down at the computer and was just piddling and all of the sudden it opened Internet explorer, don't know if it will just shut off or not, so I wanted to let ya'll know what's been going on.
Hope everybody is doing well. I hope everything keeps staying o.k. with the computer. I will talk to you all later... heath is about to die to check his facebook.

Glad all is ok with you. You are so right about the passwords on my job I have about 10 programs to open up and each one has to have it on password tha expires every 60 days, I have been off work 3 months and can not remner the first pass word. I am praying for your pain and hope that it does get better. This is my down day so I will be running in syrup all day..... take care Nancy
