Well my Dr visit went really good.. she went ahead and done lab work, it had been 3 months, so I want hear from that for a few days.

We talked about my high blood sugar , I took my notebook where I log in all my checks and she got to noticing that in the mornings and late afternoons  was when my levels were tehe highest.... In the mornings... I hurt REALLY BAD... and late afternoon by the time I get supper ready and on the table, I am hurting REALLY BAD!!!! Stress of the pain was probably the cause of them rising, during the day, they are on target. So I do feel alot better having talked to her and seen her, she always makes me feel better about things.

We had a tradegy in our community this weekend... An old friend of mine's son had a big party at her house.. they have a big barn with alot of bunk beds in it, and most of the weekends, there is a bunch of boys spend the night ans sleep out there,,, 14 yr olds and 15 year olds( Short story, when Heath first got his DL, I told him I didn't EVER want him over there, I had heardTOO many bad things that went on over there, no offense to my old friend , but she wasn't making very wise choices when it came to her kids) Well, there was beer at the party, No, my olf friend didn't buy the beer, but they were drinking at her house on her property, all the boys decided to sleep inside the house , and there was one of their buddies already in one of the bunk beds, passed out from too much beer, they tried to get him to get up and come inside, but he said he would be fine out there, so they went on inside.. the next morning... the barn had burned down and Josh had burned to death., he was 14, the cutest little thing  and had the greatest personality, he was a clown, everybody loved JOSH. Heath was friends with him, and seen him quite a bit around town on the weekends... so this has about killed Heath. I have told him that sometimes that Lord takes a bad thing to make good from it, and if Josh affected so many lives when he was here, looked how many he has affected by this happening to him... maybe now all you boys will stop and think, that drinking can cause bad things to heppen. IT"S NOT WORTH IT!!!!

This has been a really big eye opener for a group of young boys, I just pray that it will stay fresh on their hearts .. the loss of a great friend!!! And keep them all from making wrong decisions... by the way... No,, Heath wasn't at this party.. Thank the Lord.
