I am not into explaining alot here so this is it, i am 29 been married for 5 yrs stopped harming for 10 yrs and started again 1 1/2 yrs ago. I attempted to leave my abusive husband this year only to totally fail. I have been struggling with the harming thats way worse then its ever been along with the thoughts its enough to make me go bonkers

Hello my name is Amanda and am 28 yrs old i have been self injuring for most of my life. i stopped for 9 years and about 9 months ago started again. now its a twice a week thing at the least. i just need support from ppl who know what its like to live with this

- I have a text buddy that i text when u get the urge to cut he can sometimes talk me and figure out wnats wrog and what triggered it and sometimes it works sometimes not
