Okay, i don't believe in New Years resolutions, so that;s not what this is lol. As a bodybuilder, cycling weight and mass throughout the seasons is a normal thing...many do, some don't. I also hadn't trained in the 10 days that i was on vacation to give my body some recovery time, even tho having to sleep on an air matress for ten days didn't do much for my sleep lol

 

So i worked chest the other day and WOW, what a workout! I incorporated some new techniques while sticking with some of the old school basics. The only thing that's really changing is that i'm leaning more towards using the Hammer Strength Plate Loading machines for the heavier movements as my body matures and i focus a lot more on safety because i lift VERY heavy (i have a 450# bench press).

 

The workout went great and i felt incredible. I was a bit nervous but expecting a big number when i approached the scale considering what i ingested over my holiday LOL And was surprised that i was only hovering around 347# ! I was expecting to be closer to 350 or higher. I've very much looking forward to getting rid of the gut i got and my little double chin.

 

I'm hoping to add about 10 more pounds of lean muscle before i start trimming the whole package down in preperation for spring. I'm not competing or anything, i just want to do this for myself :) The only other time it hurts os during sex lol i get all pumped and tight and then by the time we orgasm and i manage to get to my side of the bed again and collapse, then my body reminds me how tight and sore i actually am! lol But the ends justifies the means :)

 

That's about it for now. Get big or die! lol
