I have lost over 16 pounds already and I'm gaining muscle back which is bringing my weight back up. I can see many changes especially my midsection area, and the muscle tone and developemnt is great.If I keep this up I will reach my goal and some.

Supplements using: Hydroxycut Hardcore 2 times a day, Tonalin CLA at every meal and Green Tea morning and noon time at lunch
