  A bath and then being left by yourself? Congrats! I'm sure it feels just super. I hope you have a lovely weekend with your friends, and a very successful trip up to London on Monday. You're right, It is such a relief to be without this pain. I hope it lasts after the numbing med wears off. But for now, I'm enjoying it. I hope Mark loved his movie!   Hi Lisa, I actually got on BBC-UK (Which is very different from BBC-America) and watched videos of the storm. Yikes! You're so lucky to not have any damage to your house. I'm wondering if the same show is on tv by you. It's on BBC-America on Wed nights called "Mary Queen of Shops" and it's all about this woman who does make-overs for retail shops. I find it just fascinating, esp since I used to like retailing and marketing back in my working days. She's very good. Have you ever heard of it? Thanks so much for your comments.   Hi Lisa, Judging from the time stamp on you hug, you must have only had a short visit to Harefield today! Unless you didn't go because of the weather. Wow! 100 mph winds? That's worse that a Category 1 hurricane! It must have been spectacular to watch, but I hope your house didn't have any damage.
  
  I hope by now you've heard that Bridget got her lungs. Ellen (her sister) posted an update on facebook today, and it sounds like she's doing well. Bless her!
  
  Yes, one minute I feel like I've had a slight improvement, and then boom! I'm back to the horrid stuff. When we went on our walk in the woods yesterday, I don't think I was 25' from the parking area before I was doubled over going, "Owe! Owe!" as the pain started shooting down my arm again. Very frustrating. I do hope the pain clinic can offer some hopeful suggestions tomorrow when I see them.
  
  But the walk was nice, it its way. It was an oak forest, so all the leaves were down - swoosh, swoosh. And there is a stream running through it, and it truly babbles! So I was glad we went.
