      48 - Has it been a year?? Already? Adopted so no one I can "go by", so guess I'm figuring this out on my own! Okay so maybe I need some direction!

      RN - 10years now! Went back to college when I was in my 30's and along with a degree I gained maybe 40-50 pounds. My highest ever. Did lose 25 pounds but by age 40 was on blood pressure meds. Determined to lose weight but my knee was killing me. Okay arthritis too now? Finally lost some weight 20 more pounds and got a total knee replacement. Been great with this now 50 pound weight loss until this summer. Okay so it's only 15 pounds but I WILL NOT gain anymore. So can use some support again!

      Trainer gave me some good but hard weight lifting programs. Things I did well worked. Others that were to hard for me I cut out. Tried to personalize it more!
