Type: Seasonal Affective DisorderTired of life, can't cash in the chips because I have kids and love them very much even tho they drive me nuts.

- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Side effects sucked, getting off of it sucked no desire to go back on it.

Panic attacks since I was 18, agoraphobic for 2 years in my 20's. Had about 10 years of remission then it came back.

- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- Seems silly to me to have to remind myself to breathe correctly, but it works.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- 1/2 tab of .5 mg as needed. Only take it when absolutely necessary. When I take it on a reg. basis I feel de-synsatized and don't like it.
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- Took it for a while. It worked well. Did not like the sexual side effects. Discontinued and felt really weird while coming off of it.
