Type: Hormonal DisordersI have been diagnosed with PCOS and have been trying to get pregnant for 8 years. We haven't tried IVF yet due to the cost. unfortunately that's the only option left.
Treatments
- Artificial Insemination Not Working
- Did one cycle. Doctor recommends going with IVF at this point.
- Clomid Not Working
- didn't work
- Follistim Somewhat Helpful
- Helped withegg production, just no luck.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Somewhat Helpful
- Helped with ovulation but no luck.
- Metformin Somewhat Helpful
- Helped with my insulin resistance, no luck with getting pregnant. Have to take extended release, regular dose nauseates me.
