Ok, hi everyone..

I'm here in brazil for the fifth time.. I hope that this will be the last time, and that I leave here HIV neg. However, if it doesn't happen this time, then i'll trust that it will happen when it's supposed to. All i can do is remain positive, and calm, and really enjoy this experience of being here now. 

The energy here is very strong; much stronger than my previous visits, which is a good sign.

I finished my NLP master course two weeks ago; cried like a baby on more than one occasion.. there was definitely a lot of cleansing going on.. What gets me though is that i never really cry when i'm in these really powerful energy fields, but when i do NLP or hypnosis training, I lose it big time, but i guess losing the negative energy blockages is a plus, right?

There was one day where we had to break through a pine board, one inch thick. First of all we built up our energy, which i have no problem doing. Then we had to break through the board with our bare hands.. On one side of the board we had to write all the shit we want to banish from our lives, and on the other side all our dreams and visions for the future.

So, anyway, my energy was high, I was all pumped up, and thought, yeah I can do this.. But when i went to break through the board, I couldn't do it.. I was so embarrassed, especially since everyone else could do it.

Anyway, after about 12 attempts, I finally broke through the board, and on a neurological level I burst through boundaries of possibilty. I sobbed like a baby; the release was tremendous..

So anyway, i'm here in brazil now, soaking up all the healing energy, and releasing the toxins that have held me back for too long.

Hi, just a quick note to say that I absolutely love DS.. I've been on some forums, and left them feeling less than totally positive, which for me is something. I used to have a spiritual master who said that if you spend too much time in the kitchen you end up smelling of grease.. And how true is that?? ;0)

Same goes for here.. the more time i spend on DS the more I enjoy the sense of community and support.. Love it..
