ok, so i guess somehow i knew it wasnt over. he didnt pay me the 750 he was supposed to. said he suddenly had to go out to sea, called me a few hours to tell me he couldnt make it to the bank. whatever. he had plenty of time and understood perfectly well what he was suposed to do. i wasnt going to fight, even if i need that money, after moving im quite broke. i had sold my horse, and had to use that money for the first months rent.... but now he is fighting to not pay his part in daycare expenses. saying that i work nights and should pick up my baby at 4 am when i get off, not at 9 when she wakes up. even though its important that she sleeps. ugh. after he already agreed to pay 250 a month. i need to talk to my lawyer about that. im so tired of calling her. i know she is tired of this case. she hasnt gotten paid yet. and wont till december when he returns, and is having to do more than she thought she would have to. and he is being a pain in the ass. i need a break. i just need a friggin time out from all this stress. just a period of down time to recoup.
but on a good note i did get moved, so i am no longer under the stress of my step parents.
me and austin are doing well. my dog is happy here Ariyah is happy. i found out she likes to sit in her bouncy chair, and is completely entertained if i decide to do a taebo video workout... LOL.
i need to do something. i feel FAT. real FAT. like blubbery. ick. granted i was this weight before, but now i have belly fat from the pregnancy. i want to lose it.
i hope i can stay at this place a while. i need to. im tired of moving moving moving. i hope next time i move, it is with some money behind me, and time, so that i can make a choice to where i move.

What an A-hole! Doesn't he realize the meter is ticking? It's a very good thing he's in the service, he can't run, and he can't hide. The court can order the pymts be taking directly out of his check, if he wants to be that way about it. All of this is a hassle, I know that from experience. Just know that you are doing the right thing for for your child, the worst is behind you, court wise. Now the giant hassle begins. I didn't get enough child support to worry too much about it, seriously, 128 dollars a month... In any case, I told myself not to depend on that sad, little amt for anything, and I didn't. I saved most of it for Jimmy, and he used it to pay for his 1st car, he loved that car.
Are you still breast feeding? It really helps tone everything up, and burns calories. But dang, you're so beautiful...still I know how it feels to be FAT...I'm all miserable now, I gained weight when I stopped smoking...ugggggg! So I can't talk! Your young, you'll pop back fast!
I'm so glad your happier with Austin, you needed to get out of your step-parents house. Take it slowly, just one day at a time. Enjoy your baby, when you hear they grow up so fast, it's cos' it's so true, you'll see. So today is important, I love how you let the baby watch you do taebo....ahhhh...that's so cute. I walked my kids a lot, you know, just around the neighborhood, to the library, like a couple hrs...I'm a bit obsessive, complusive...ha, ha, ha...but I got skinny fast doing that, and when they were tiny, they loved it, usually napped the whole time.
Enjoy the baby and know things are better, and they're gonna' keep getting better. Think positive, okay? Lots of love, and hugs for the baby, kisses, too Robin

He is trying to wear you down....DON'T LET HIM GET AWAY WITH IT!!! I wonder if you should call his commanding officer to let him know he isn't paying as the court ordered???? Someone needs to give him a wakeup call.....

Dianne has the same thought I did about calling his commanding officer. My little sister was dating a man that went in to the Navy. He started calling her and harassing her. She spent hours on the phone, (collect) crying. Well, when my brother found out, he found out where this guy was stationed for boot camp and called. He wanted to talk to the guy but they wouldn't let him, instead they got his commanding officer on the phone. Well, long story short, after my brother talk to the CO the phone calls to my sister stopped! Hang in there sweetie and stand your ground! He has an obligation to this sweet little girl; don’t let him get away with not taking care of her.
