Left messages with my arthritis doctor and his office for medical records so that I can get a new cane and a wheelchair.

Yes, The doctor's office should have made you an appointment on your way out the last time you saw him. Now it will be 8 months instead of 4. Maybe they can call you if an appointment was cancelled? Take care hun, :)
