Retired, mom of two great sons, "Grammy" to two beautiful kiddos, daughter and caregiver to my sweet mom who has PD and is 87 years young...I just keep on hoping and praying.. Mom is in Nursing Home now and so far she is happy with it. She never wants to come home with me and that is so unusual for her. It's a wonderful place, as nh's go.

Close Parkinson's Disease
I'm a caregiver for my mom who has PD, is it okay to be here? She is 86 and I'm always looking to find better ways to help her with this and perhaps hit on something that will make a difference. Glad to be here.

I am daughter/part-time physical caregiver to my sweet mom who has PD. Part-time physically, full time mentally and emotionally, because I live 35 miles away from her, get there 2 days a week, speak to her 3-6 times a day on the phone, handle all her bills, mail, prepare her meds weekly, she lives with her second husband who has slight dementia. Sister and I care for her and him and her home.

- Sinemet Working / Worked
- Has worked on mom so far would like it to work better.
