I weight 267 lbs I'm going to loss 10 pounds easier to manage then 150 lbs

My entire life that I lived at home I was physically and severly emotionally abused by my mother even after I had a child at 17 I left into an abusive relationship at 19. I'm bipoar and on many meds. I think I have been bipoar forever. Dx over 10 years ago.
