Type: Maintain a workout scheduleI work 95 hrs a week I was doing very good and going for a 4 mile walk everyday and had a very good work out schedule and I lost 60 lbs in 8 months I was eating right and just being very active because i was told i had diabetes so i didnt have a choice well i have that under control and its so cold out side now and i am always tired because i work to much i stopped everything and i have put on 15 lbs and it feels like i put the 60 lbs back on so i need help getting back on track!!! please

- i tried this a few years ago and it worked but when you dont have to cheack in anymore i stopped going and it was a waste of time
