I'm 4 days post-op and have been doing exceptionally well... no pain or pain meds, doing good at getting in 6 - 8 glasses of fluid in each day, and getting about 75% of my daily protein goal of 100 grams.  I've been walking everyday for a total of 60 - 90 minutes and am down 16 lbs since I started the clear liquid diet 2 days pre-op.

 

Because I'm generally a pretty sedentary person, I need to maintain my activity and avoid slipping back into the couch potato role and relying solely on the surgery to make me thin.
