So I’m feeling the baby move now! Last week it was the first of the little “bubbles”! Now last night it was a bit more like a finger flick. I brought DH in to see if he could feel anything and once again he couldn’t, he looked so disappointed.  I can really only feel it at night and while I’m lying down really still and lightly pressing on my uterus. Now for long I suspect!

Dad called me “fat” and MIL kept making “Wow you’re really popping and so early” comments, that was fun. Actually from both of them I expect it and it’s just funny, MIL has told me several times she only gain 18 pounds and my Dad well he’s just not very tactful sometimes. I wear my bump with pride and fully aware that at this point to strangers especially I look more like I eat too much “just cause” instead of “because”.

Had my follow-up to the 12 week testing on Christmas Eve and looks like the blood pressure is still and issue. It was 150 over whatever so OB is now a little concerned, so I had a couple of blood panels done see if they can come up with a cause but bottom line is apparently the window for us giving it time to elevate itself is closing and if it’s not down by this Wednesday or of course if they find a cause I’ll be put on medication during the rest of the pregnancy. Yeah!  I’m trying to stop myself from research pregnancy and high blood pressure I have a basic understanding of it and so scaring myself half to death is certainly not going to help, but man is it tough! Plus I don’t know what’s going to happen so until I do I need to just try and relax.

Hope Santa was good to everyone, you certainly deserve it, I know he was especially good to one of us..Sue…yeahyeahyeah!
