My RE gave me permission to go to the Cape, changed the protocol slightly to accommodate the trip. So I’ll just up my dose of Lupron for that week and the Monday after I’ll come in for Baseline and assuming everything good start the stims night of the 25th. So I tell my husband and I get from him a “good! I think you need a fun weekend with Eri and a little Uncle George spoiling is never a bad thing”, yep once again confirming the fact I pick the right man to marry! I'm going with my friend Eri, her Uncle's house is where we stay and he said that he'd be there and we'd go out Friday night, that means the country club and raw bar, Uncle's a lot of fun! They’ll be no tequila shots (usual fare) for me that night but I can have a couple of wine spritzers with some very nice wine and he also knows about the IVF and so will understand. I will have to give myself the Lupron shot on Saturday and Sunday I suppose but I guess if that’s the trade off I’ll just have to do it right?!? DH tells me I can do it so…

The vacation sounds great! Can't really beat the raw bar! You'll be able to do the shots. I always let DH do it but there were times when that wasn't possible. When you have to do it, you do it! It really isn't that bad. I felt very proud of myself afterwards. Good luck and have a great trip!
