I'm a mom of 4 beautiful children. I've been married 0ver 20 years, my husband and love of my life left me and the kids to have an affair with a woman who is a co-worker and is 20 years younger than me. I've been in shock since I found out in August. I can't get to acceptance. How can this be happening to our "happy-ever-after"?
Treatments
- Couples Counseling Not Working
- We went for 6 weeks and he decided he was finished and that it didn't help.
- Family Therapy Not Working
- Tried......it ended up in a train wreck.
- Forgiveness Too Soon to Tell
- Trying to be okay with what has happened. I will not trust him again, but I do believe I can forgive him.
