Kathy, I wish I could help you but these all look very unfamiliar for Graves. Do you think that maybe your Dr. ordered the wrong set of tests to be done? I would call the Endo and check and see if they made a mistake and ordered the wrong panel of tests, especially if your Dr. doesn't know how to read them. Maybe the lab made a mistake and did the wrong tests. -Anne

Hey Kathy, im not really sure of some of those tests but being that you have sarcoidosis and your age both calcium and the vitamin d are looking good. Hope you are feeling good. All the best!

Anti Peroxidase and Thyroglobulin Ab are Graves disease antibodies which cause inflammation and which the test shows you dont have.
    Calcium and Albumin are good.
Lipemia is an excess of lipid (fat) in the blood which means your Cholesterol is slightly raised.
Vitamin D could be a little higher and would not hurt to take a Vitamin D (tablet 500 units) per day.
With the result of the Thyroglobulin, I would ask for a further uptake scan to be done.
Thyroglobulin is usually found in thyroid nodules or goiter.
Your T4 is comparitively low compared to your T3 which usually means your thyroid is not functioning too well or Atds have caused those levels.
Clinically you are also Hypo as you are above the new revised level of 3.0 for TSH.
I would ask to be tested for Hasimotos as you most definately by that blood test, do not have Graves Disease.

That is just my opinion though on what I have seen over the last 5 years.
My findings may be incorrect. Please verify them with your new Endocrinologist.

This sucks...I cant post my results here. Anyway my results are up above. My Doc and Endo still think I have graves because of my symptoms and TED. They feel the TSI is not sensitive enough to pick up my graves and can be easily misdiagnosed. I have been taken off PTU and am scheduled for an uptake scan in 3 weeks. I thought the TSI test was definitive for graves ?????

I thought that with the above results you posted before you posted the TSI, that your Endo would advise on an uptake scan and he has so at least you will find out one way or the other what is going on.As already posted, i think an uptake scan is wise with these results.
    All the best.

Hey there, I cant understand the differances in lab ranges here in our counrty? My TSH range is 0.2-4.0 FT4 7.5-21.5 FT3 is the only one the same3.5-6.5. Im confused all your thyroid # s seem to be in range for your lab ranges. How are you feeling?

Another few days and you will know the results of your uptake scan and whether they have to do a FNA. If you do have thyca then they will recommend a TT with RAI following (regardless of the TED).
Good luck with it all. I hope for your sake that it isnt Thyca.
