UPDATED GOALS
Day one of weight watchers and i tell you I realized how much less i was eating when i ate the fattening foods. I ate alot of fats but didnt eat alot thruout the day..thats the problem.
Today i found myself trying to figure out food combos that i can eat to maintain my daily points! Glad to say that i ate until i was satisfied and not until i was stuffed.
An overview of what i ate today:
Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal(made with water, tsp sugar), Polly-O String Cheese, Poppy seed bagel with weight watchers cream cheese, vanilla icecream, polish sausage with pasta, side salad with light french dressing, OJ and diet soda.....
I also take One A Day Weight Smart Multivitamin....
I had good energy today and didnt feel slugish as usual....because im keeping up my metabolism
Whoohoo so i joined weight watchers with my sister and was pretty upset at the number on the scale. thankfully, i have faith that i am going to do it this time. i need to stop putting myself down. i need to lose 10% of my weight which is 25lbs. All do-able!
Guys just please show me support because i know starting a diet like this can be difficult at first!
I am so excited and feel pumped!

Did you do the online or the actual meetings?
Have never done weight watchers but hear alot of good things about it-
