Yep. I went swimming. I woke up in pain, couldn't go back to sleep, so I got up, drove to the gym, and went swimming. Sort of. I am ridiculously deconditioned, and my ankles and shoulders complained loudly, so I may have to switch to one of those board things.
Doc agreed with me on the antidepressants, so I've joined the ranks of many others here. Now just have to wait for them to kick in...

I think the anti depressants will help. Just know it may take several before you find the right one to help the individual chemical make-up in your body. I went thru 3. Good luck and glad to see you excercisng! love, marcia

Swimming at 3AM, huh? Hex on the insomnia---I have it really bad too right now, as I'm just in too much pain. Don't be embarrassed if you have to use the board in the pool---I'm so deconditioned I'd probably just drown. :0)
