  Hi fybrochik, Hope your are having a restful weekend. I know how difficult it can be to have to work when you have FMS/MPS, I did it for a long time and it is tough. Sending you a rainbow with blue sky and lots of sunshine!

  Sending you a big hug.....I know how things like this can under our skin, especially when we have so much else to deal with. We need to at least try and keep ourselves calm though, or we pay for it in many ways. Take care of you.

  A tennis ball. I always tried the spot and that was and has never worked only made things worse. Hope you start feeling better. I am feeling better now that it is sunny and this week the barometer pressure here shouldn't be jumping all over the place. Went to the doctor today with meds. worked on a plan with her to try and stabilze meds and pain and see if i can get a tens unit to stimulate. I had numbing shots in knots in neck but it never helped much but maybe it would for someone. My neck and head hurt alot. Well so do other things but the knot are bad there.
