Well..I knew it couldnt last..Ive been trying too hard for too long..so along with a new onset of TED I am now on antidepressants..third day now but …

Hi..well I am early retired from the Civil Service and my 18 year old son lives with me. I split up from my partner of 20 years back in 2006. I am a member of the Womens Institute and a local Art Club. Cant wait for spring to arrive so that I can get back into the garden.

Hi...I have been smoking since I was 17..now 56. I am going to a hypnotherapist on 5th December. Well..I went..and didnt smoke for 2 days. I am now back smoking and feeling so unhappy about it.
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- did not work
- Hypnotherapy Not Working
- fine for a couple of days. Felt on a high. Now down with a bump. Very miserable and feeling guilty.
- Smoking Cessation Class Not Working
- Did not feel comfortable.The loudest/best talkers took over the class.
