Close Atrial Fibrillation (AFib)

I was diagosed 3 days ago with Lone A.F.I had feeling the occasional palpatitions in June 2007 ,so i decided to get myself fit.The palpatitions went away and every seem fine,until Saturday 9 days ago,when while watching TV with my kids my heart started to race.I had no symptons ,ie chest pains,breathlessness etc and about an 1hour late it stoppped.Since then i have had 2 further episodes ,the second whilst i was on a ECG.The consultant doesn't understand why i've got or what triggers it off.
