Today I have updated my fitness routine
Coach A has very kindly put together a fitness workout for me
His advice for me to lose the body fat I have is to increase my reps for weights
Today I did 25 reps times 4 with no longer than 1 minute rest between reps
I managed this but it was challenging - so I await the pain tomorrow LOL
I will have a protein shake now to help my muscles recover
My diet today was fine for calories but I ate unhealthy foods so I will be more careful tomorrow
I will be putting some photos up of how I look now so you can see how I progress to my body shape goal

agh the pain after working out is horrible! but at least you have a constant reminder that you are getting fitter :D

a good plan is great, it gives you something to aim for, but make sure its part of your life and not your life, like its not something you start obsessing about. keep strong,,,,,,,
