Bladder Distention Not Working

This is how I was diagnosed (in 2000). It made my symptoms worse.

Bladder Instillation Not Working

It was very painful to my already irritated bladder. It didn't work either.

Elmiron Too Soon to Tell

I'm crossing my fingers!

Macrobid Working / Worked

I also get chronic UTIs (verified by urine culture). I pop a pill after sex. I tend to have fewer and less painful events if I can avoid UTIs on top of IC flares.

Pyridium Not Working

Never works for me. I don't have burning pain.

VESIcare Somewhat Helpful

I take it just as the pain comes on. Sometimes it alleviates the pain. Not always. It works best when I take it right when the pain (bladder spasms, urgency) comes on.
