Okay, so a person can mess up on this diet. For the past 2 weeks in a row, I gained 1 pound each week. This week(as of Monday the 6th) I lost those 2 pounds again. So I am at 15 pounds down. Then, yesterday, even after feeling so good about losing those 2 pounds I had gained back, I splurged and bought Kentucky Fried Chicken for supper! What an idiot!! I ate like a pig and then this morning I ate my usual banana(good), some grapes(good), and topped it right off with 2 cupcakes (BAD! BAD! BAD!!)that I bought thinking hubby would like in his lunch. Ya right. I fed the left over ones to my doggies, who loved me bunches after that, Lol!. Obviously I can't have stuff like that around, yet. I don't know where in life I turned into such a wimp! So, I guess the thing to do is jump right back on that ponys' back and try not to fall off again. Afterall, I have till next Monday before I have to weigh in again. Sure hope I didn't screw up my whole week with that splurge. Wish me luck.
