As of 3/9 I am 227# which is a loss of 3 pounds,YAY!! When I posted it on my Weight watchers, they told me that I should only lose 1/2#-2# per week. Oh well, that's okay. I have been only losing that much on the previous weeks. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I keep up the losses until I get to my goal weight and am able to maintain it. So far, it is very easy. I don't feel deprived, because I can eat pretty much anything I want, I just have to count the points and not go over my preset amount of daily points. Even if I do go over, there are 35 extra points for the week in case that happens. If you use them all up, you can cash in activity points, too. These are points you earn by exercising or just staying active. So, how can you NOT lose?! Keep those prayers coming for me, I really do appreciate them. Cheryl
