I hurt my back at work last friday, didn't think much of it then but, wow, after working all day yesterday and today I have to say I am in a whole lot of pain. Been isolating as a result of having a bug too, just miserable all the way around, bug makes me cough which hurts my back, blah, blah, blah...

Who cares.
