It's hard. It will get better. You'll have your good days and bad . i still have a hard time sometimes. All I can say is try to take it one day at a time. Educate yourself, that's what I'm trying to do and I think it's helped a little. If you need to talk we're here to listen.

My son has been showing signs of an autistic spectrum disorder since he started school. Last year, was the breaking point. He stressed out over little things, and started developing physical and vocal tics. And he is so simple minded. He is struggling in school (mentally), and most days it is hard to get him to go to school. But he is the sweetest kid I know.
Treatments
- Behavior Management Somewhat Helpful
- He was going to a Psychologist for awhile. But I didn't agree with some of the things he was saying about my child. Right now, we can't afford to take him to a new doctor. But my son is in a behavioral class at school (it only lasts for 8 weeks), to help him learn to socialize and handle stress.
- Patience Working / Worked
- Sometimes it helps. I also try to make school sound fun for him. And I also give him Bible verses to read if he is having a hard day at school.
Open Anxiety Disorders in Children
My son TJ has Mysophobia. He also stresses out over other things as well, and has Generalized Anxiety Disorder. He also suffers from tics due to his Anxiety. I would like to join, to find out what other parents have tried to help their children so I can help TJ overcome his fears.
Open Asperger Syndrome
My son was just diagnosed with Aspergers along with Tourette's Syndrome. I want to see what other parents have tried for their children.
Open Keratoconus
My husband has Keratoconus and just had a cornea transplant.
