        Thanks for your supporting message. I am 43 years old and in good shape. I used to be a runner before they told me I had the two minor leaky heart valves. Mine are not the mitral valve, but I think they all work the same way. I have the palpitations and my mind is constantly worrying about health issues. I feel like I am obsessing all the time. How and what do you do when you get the palpitations? Do you work out at all?

        Hi Moms...just thinking of you canning away like mad ! I can beets but the deer ate most of them this year. I usually give some away but only just have enough for me !
        We have been painting the outside of our house...for the last 2 months...its a big job and we tend to play out quite soon !
