Hi everybody, I don't have alot to say today...was up all night on ds reading about our dear sister, Gail. The world was a much better place with her in it. I feel so silly about my last journal after what has happened to our friend. Her family must just feel sick ...i know i did after mom died last year. It still feels like it was yesterday. The hardest part about my mom's passing is that I am not even allowed to go to our home anymore......i grew up there and now i cannot even go out to get my own things from there. ....Lord, please forgive my selfishness; today, I'd like us all to pray for the family of our ds sister, Gail. Lord, give the kids strength to endure the next few months with your grace and to the glory of their mother and father. I pray for the husband of Gail...that You, Father would strengthen him to be able to cope with the days & months to come. I also pray that our brothers & sisters here at ds would take a moment or two to reflect on what life is really like without the ones we love. Thank you Lord for the time you have given us to be here on this earth with all of our loved ones...let all of us be glad for the times that we have shared with each other and learn to take the time to "stop and smell the roses" once in a while. Bless her family Father & please be with all of them today as they say goodbye to their beloved mother, wife, friend, and family member. Heaven has gained another angel this week. Thank you Lord for the time we spent getting to know and love our dear sister. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
