I got down on my knees today,
And said a prayer for you,
For you are always in my heart,
And I often think of you,I asked the Lord to send his angels,
To protect my dearest friend,
I prayed that all the joy and happiness,
You have will never end,I asked the Lord to comfort you,
When you are feeling blue,
And when you have a tear,
He’ll wipe away that too,I asked the Lord to bless our friendship,
So our ways will never part,
For true friends always stick together,
For we’re in each others hearts.
To all of my wonderful friends here on DS...I just wanted to say how very special all of you are to me. I have had a chronic illness for many years now. It's been very diffiicult to maintain any kind of friendship at all, much less getting to know someone and become like sisters to one another.
I've been blessed to know the kindest people here...and have been shown unselfish love and friendship from the hearts of the very people who are sufferring themselves!
You withstood the kind of pain that few people can tolerate or understand...and for that I'd like to applaud you. This
website has been the answer to my prayers!!!
And I would like to thank each and everyone that has touched my life, even in the smallest way. I want to ask your forgiveness for not getting back to all of your hugs/messages as much as I should have. But I am glad to know that you understand. This Journal is in appreciation for you!! I am looking forward to getting a voice-activated program so I will be able to do so much more. Everyone here deserves it. God Bless everyone!!
