So nice to smell the fresh spring air again. To see the buds on trees and flowers starting to open. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about but I thought it noteworthy to mention today.
I've decided to golf on a senior league this year. I know it's taking a gamble that I'll be able to finish what I start but I'm feeling pretty good about my back. As long as I don't overdo, I'll be okay. Still can't hit the ball very far, but what the heck, I'm just out there to enjoy being outdoors and the beautiful scenery on the golf course.
I hope and pray everyone of you are making plans for something positive this summer. If not, there's still time. If you need any ideas, I'll try to help!

AAAHHHH golf!!!! I really enjoyed playing golf, not because of the scores I tried to shoot but usually the people I played with. Nothing better than out on a course and enjoying the company of golfing with others. I learned quickly when I was younger not to play with anyone that took the game too serious, they were not fun to play with at all. Hope you enjoy each round and hopefully do not get rained out too many times and as always God Bless, Phil & Flops

I know what you mean about spring. We took a drive and I noticed that there are some early blooming trees begining in the mountains. Made me smile a lot. Hope you do well with golf, sounds great!

Hi David...Golf!!! I use to have a killer foot wedge! I've given the foot an early retirement, and now stick to the garden. You are right though, flowers in bloom, everything green, sure does make life more humble. As for me, this summer will be full of plans for daughters up coming wedding! Makes you feel old....er, but sure worth it! How is life treating you? It's been a long while since I have posted on here..wasn't even sure of the layout anymore. Hope life is being kind..and with many hugs am hoping you have a wonderful day!

I have a golf course right in my community just a few minutes from my front door, but neither my husband or I know how to play. I am sure I wouldn't have the strength to do it anyway, but I can join my parents when they watch it on tv.
